SR Latch is faster than Q-NOT confirmed!

On a very random server, I made a discovery. I noticed that I can make the SR latch into a timer like what I can do with a not. When I checked the intervals, I noticed the SR latch is WAY faster than the Q-NOT. Because of this, we can make faster computers and timers!
